Step #1 Put the child in the highchair with a distracting toy, balloon and itchy, too big cape.
Step #2 Try to distract the child while Dad goes to his head with the scissors leaving huge bald spots.
Step #3 Let Mom try with the scissors and then the clippers without a guard until she cuts way too much off and gives up in a fit of tears.
Step #4 Give the clippers to Dad, put a guard on them and shave the head all over while Mom looks on crying.
Step #5 The finished product. A horrible first time, botched haircut. Good thing we have an amazingly cute baby boy! =)
