We went today and got our first ultrasound. I was SO relived because for weeks now I was saying everyday, "How do we know something is really in there?!" Of course I have been nauseous everyday, dead tired and quite swollen in a few different places. But it was still unreal to me. I guess I had heard all these pregnancy horror stories and didn't feel like I was felling pregnant "enough". Well we started the ultrasound and the doctor said, there is your baby and there is the heartbeat, lets get this on DVD. I let out the biggest sigh of relief ever! I was so happy I had tears in my eyes! Justin was so amazed and kept asking tons of questions! We saw the little guy move, it was crazy! Our doctor said, "look, you baby looks like a teddy bear", and that is what we started calling it. It was so cute to show Justin's parents the DVD and watch the little heartbeat. And of course Cathy had a receiving blanket made to congratulate us! I had to call my mom and text my sisters and email my dad! We are due January 19th (right by Sam's birthday!), we should know the sex hopefully in August. We really want a boy. I grew up with nothing but sisters, I am so ready for an all boy little boy! And Justin is going to be such a great dad!What an EXCITING day!

Meet OUR LITTLE Teddy Bear!

Awww how fun, sorry you're getting sick though. oh and I'm not going to help out with team alice this year. I'm just so busy and it was a lot of work last year.
