Last Saturday Cathy and I went down to the South Towne Expo Center for the Machine Quilting Show. As some of you know, Cathy has been teaching me how to quilt for a couple of years now. It is really hard work, but I love it when I have the time to do it! I have made a few quilts, wall hangings and a baby blanket and this was an awesome opportunity to go to this show. I got to try all kinds of machines and see the most amazing quilts I have every seen! I took way too many awesome pictures to post them all, but this one was the winner of best in show. It was an amazing piece of art, I was astounded at the work put into some of these quilts. Thanks Cathy for teaching me and taking me along for a fun day! =)
