This last Monday was Cinco de Mayo and a perfect opportunity to have a work party! So I brought the sombreros and we partied down! For those of you that know me, you know I work at the YCC in Ogden. It is a domestic violence shelter. We do a lot of stuff in our building for the community but I work in the shelter.On the left is Raquel, she does the bi-lingual outreach program. On my right is Lacy she is the DV advocate. And me in the middle, I do the aftercare program when the women leave the shelter. I had to put the picture of these two girls because they are awesome! Everyday I come to work and get to work with such amazing people. Raquel and Lacy are not just co-workers, they are my back-up and my friends. In a job like this, you need all the help you can get. Thanks girls!
