Mamma Mia!

I have been saying I wanted to see Mamma Mia forever. Everyone keeps saying how great it is and I really love ABBA so I have been wanting to go. Well yesterday Cathy called and said we had to see it, so she, Sam, Justin and I went and saw it last night. I loved it! I know, everyone loved it but it was really cute and funny. My mom was quite the disco queen, back in the day. I was raised on a lot of 70's music and I have always had a soft spot for disco. In Jr. High we had a back in time day, we could dress like any time period we wanted, and of course I choose the 1970s. I was an awesome looking disco dancer. I had the platforms, big hair and crazy eye make-up. It was a lot of fun. I already own ABBA's greatest hits, so of course I was singing along in the theater. It was a lot of fun. So here's to ABBA and the 70's! Too bad I wasn't born till the 80's!

So, speaking of things that make you say "Mamma Mia!" Check out Michael Phelps! What an amazing athlete! I have been loving watching the Olympics, especially the swimming. He seems like such an awesome guy, I can't imagine being so committed to a sport. His record is really incredible, he is really making history. You go Mike!
