My Relaxing Weekend

This weekend I was ready to really unwind. Justin had the whole weekend off and I was so excited to spend it with him. Friday after I got home from Moab we hung out and talked and then decided we wanted to go out for dinner, I was craving some good fish. So we went to McGraths, which has the best freaking Salmon and some awesome local beer! It was so nice! Then we went home and watched Religulous and just relaxed together. Then Saturday we woke up and got to work cleaning the apartment and running errands. We went and got Emma and took her to a park for a picnic. She loved to go for a walk somewhere new and it was nice to get some sun. We took her home to Justin's parents and hung out there for a little. Their neighbors raise horses and they had a new baby we just had to go out back and see. I made my vegetarian lasagna in the crock pot for dinner, it turned out so delicious. We had some of the awesome Merlot I got at the winery in Moab and watched W. , the Oliver Stone movie about President Bush. It was so so. Sunday we decided to go see the early bird show of Watchmen, there is not a lot if people and it is really cheap. That ate up about half of our day, but it was very cool to see it again, I think I liked it even better this time. I was obviously in a cooking mood this weekend because I went home and made a veggie Jambalaya in the crock pot and froze it for meals this week. Then we went to visit Justin's family. His dad was gone all week visiting his brother so we went over that night to see him, have dinner and play some games. I was so nice and relaxed by the end of the weekend. I wish Justin and I had every weekend off together, we get so much done, it is so nice. =) I love this picture of Justin, he is so cute!
